How do I print out my Carnival Boarding Documents?
You will need your Carnival booking number to register for your Boarding Pass with Carnival.
IMPORTANT: You must have your Boarding Pass printed out to enter the port on Thursday, September 29th.
Your Boarding Pass will also be used to book shuttle transfers (to and from the airport) and shore excursions in Cozumel (ie. snorkeling, sailing, fishing, scuba, etc).
To Register For Your Carnival Boarding Pass:
- Go to "Manage My Cruise" on Carnival's website, and then click on "Access Your Booking Now."
- You will be asked to enter your booking number, your last name, date of birth, the ship name (Carnival Inspiration) and the sail date (September 29, 2011). You will see a page called My Cruise Manager, where your reservation will be listed.
- Click on the drop down menu under "To Do List" and then click on "Check In/Boarding Pass (FunPass)."
- You will see passenger information needed for all guests in the cabin. The Lead Passenger can fill it out for all cabin mates, or you can fill it out individually.
- When filling out passenger information, you will complete four steps including: passenger information, setting up Sail & Sign accounts, accepting the ticketing contract and travel information. Fill in all the information, and when you complete step 4, click on "View Cruise Documents."
- On the "View Cruise Documents" page you can print your boarding pass (individually or all in one), general information about the cruise, the ticket contract and your Carnival luggage tags for any bags you plan to check with porters. Check each item that you want printed, and click submit. A pdf will pop up for you to print your selected items. The only thing you absolutely have to print is your boarding pass, so be sure to do so!
- Once completed, you can now register for shore excursions, spa services, and shuttle transfers to & from the airport.
If you notice anything wrong with your passenger information (your name, citizenship, birthday, etc.) please give us a call at 877-379-9184 to fix it. If you have any problems with the registration process itself, please call Carnival at 888-227-6482.
IMPORTANT: You must bring your printed Boarding Pass to the port in Tampa on embarkation day. This is your boarding pass, and you will not be permitted in the port without your boarding pass and passport! US citizens without passports may board with a certified copy of their birth certificate along with a government issued photo id (such as a driver's license). DO NOT PACK YOUR DOCUMENTS IN CHECKED LUGGAGE! In fact, just go ahead and print out your boarding documents and pin them to your shirt!
How do I make a reservation?
Placing a reservation is easy! You can book a cabin online or over the phone by calling 877-379-9184.
PLEASE NOTE: Lead Passengers, in order to book your cabin, you and your guests must each have a Sixthman Username. If you don't have a Sixthman username create your username here. If you have traveled with Sixthman previously or signed up for a Rombello pre-sale token, you have a username and will not need to create one. If you don't know your login credentials, you can recover them here.
Then, lead passengers, provide your username to your guests in the cabin so they can create their own username and add you as an Approved Lead Passenger. Once they're done you'll see them in Your Authorized Guests list and you'll be able to add them as guests in your cabin while booking!

Cabin Selection: During boooking you will select the cabin category and occupancy you want to book, so check out the pricing page. You will select your exact rooming assignment, so it wouldn’t hurt to become familiar with the Carnival Inspiration’s deck plans here.
Sixthman Usernames: Every guest must have a Sixthman Username. Anyone who has traveled with Sixthman previously or signed up for Rombello Pre-sale has a username and will not need to create one. To create one, click here. For forgotten login credentials, recover them here; you can also contact us and we will be happy to look them up for you (try our live chat feature or contact us).
Guest Permissions: Lead Passengers, PLEASE NOTE! Have your guests create a username and add you to their Approved Lead Passengers list. (In the Guest Permissions section, they need to click "Add New Lead Passenger" and enter your username.) Once they're done you'll see them in Your Authorized Guests list and you'll be able to add them as a guest in your cabin while booking.
Naming Guests: You can add your guests later but fees may apply. See "Can I make changes to my reservation?" here for more details. Be advised that you are obligated for the full cruise fare of the occupancy level you select during the reservation process. In the event that you do not add guests, you are still financially responsible for the entire cabin. If you wish to add guests beyond the capacity of the occupancy level you select during the reservation process you may do so based on availability for the additional cruise fare associated with the transaction.
Multiple Credit Card Payments: If you are paying with multiple credit cards, you will need all of the credit card numbers (with expiration date and card verification number) as well as the name and billing addresses for each card.
How do I let someone add me to their reservation?
To let someone add you to their reservation, you'll need to have a Sixthman username and add your lead passenger to Your Approved Lead Passengers list. Create a Sixthman profile here, or login to your existing profile. Then, in the Guest Permissions section, click the "Add New Lead Passenger" button and enter your lead passenger's username. Once you save it, they'll appear in Your Approved Lead Passengers list. You're all set, the lead passenger can now add you as a guest in their cabin!
What is the Independent Traveler Program?
If you are planning on joining us for Rombello, but you haven't been able to find someone to go with you, don't worry - this is the program for you!
The Independent Traveler Program (ITP) allows you to book a cabin and only be responsible for your half of the cabin (plus the standard taxes and fees of $179.00). However, by signing up for the ITP, you agree to (potentially) be paired with another guest who is also participating in the ITP. We will pair you based on availability (with the potential of not being paired at all). Full details can be found here.

How does travel insurance work?
Sixthman has teamed up with Travel Insured (TI), which specializes in marketing, managing and servicing travel insurance and emergency assistance services. Travel protection provides you with the necessary coverage to help safeguard your travel "investment" from unforeseen circumstances such as:
- Illness or injury to you or a traveling companion or immediate family member causing you to cancel or interrupt your trip
- Jury duty
- Job layoff or termination
- Terrorist events
- Bankruptcy or default of your airline, cruise line or tour operator
- A hurricane that strikes your trip
This coverage must be purchased before your final payment due date. Coverage for all benefits except trip cancellation will begin on the departure date. The trip cancellation benefit will begin at 12:01AM on the day after TI receives your application. For pre-existing conditions to be covered you need to purchase Insurance within 14 days of your deposit.
Travel Insured also offers Cancel for Any Reason Protection (not available to residents of Washington State.) The Cancel for Any Reason option must apply to all passengers on the same application and is only available when selected at the same time as the original plan purchase and when the plan is purchased within 14 days of the passengers initial trip deposit.
Download our Insurance PDF for more details about this TI program.
We know you might have questions about what is and is not covered so we encourage you to read the online brochure or call Travel Insured at 1-866-684-0218 and specify you are calling about Sixthman Travel Protection.
